Refund, Billing & Cancellation Policy

1. Pricing & billing cycle
Subscription plans and prices are shown at https://www.unicornin60.tech. Unless stated otherwise, subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring monthly basis to the payment method on file.
2. Automatic renewal
Your subscription automatically renews at the end of each billing period at the then-current price until you cancel. By subscribing, you authorize these recurring charges.
3. How to cancel
You may cancel at any time from your account settings, or by using the contact form. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you retain access until then. Every member under college student, individual, incubator & accelerator, and economic development can self-cancel via their own profile under the menu “account”. Members onboarded by incubators & accelerators or economic development organizations don’t cancel as they are part of the organization’s plan, and the organization pays for it. If there are technical difficulties in cancelling your subscription or are unsure whether the cancellation took effect, please contact us via the contact form on the website.
4. Refunds
Fees already paid are generally non-refundable, except where required by law. We do not provide refunds for partial billing periods or unused reports. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us via the contact form on the website within 14 days.
5. Price changes
We may change prices; we will give notice before a change applies to your next renewal.
6. Free credits / trials
The website, https://www.unicornin60.tech allows one free Startup Intelligence Report to be generated per guest user in 24 hours. No account creation is required for the free Startup Intelligence Report. The Startup Intelligence Report is not a complete full report but a fraction of it.
