Unicornin60.tech is operated by Topchiyska Enterprises LLC from the United States. When you use the Platform as an EU User, your personal data will be transferred to, and processed in, the United States and potentially other countries where our subprocessors operate.
1. Safeguards Applied
Because the United States is not currently subject to a European Commission adequacy decision covering all data flows, we rely on the following safeguards for cross-border transfers:
- Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) approved by the European Commission, incorporated into our agreements with subprocessors and, where applicable, directly with EU business customers.
- Supplementary technical and organizational measures, including encryption in transit and at rest, and access controls limiting who can view raw personal data.
- Where relevant, reliance on the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework for subprocessors that are self-certified participants.
2. Subprocessor Transfers
Our AI, hosting, payment, and analytics subprocessors may also process data outside the EEA. Each subprocessor is contractually bound to apply equivalent safeguards. See the Subprocessor List referenced in the EU Privacy Policy Addendum.

You may request a copy of the safeguards applicable to your data, or object to a specific transfer, by contacting: admin@topchiyska.com
