Cookie & Tracking Technologies Policy
Effective date: July 14, 2026 · Topchiyska Enterprises LLC
1. Our approach
We use as few cookies as possible. We do not use advertising cookies, and our own analytics are cookieless. Some third-party content we embed may set its own cookies, described below.
2. What these are
“Cookies” are small files placed on your device. We use “cookies” here to also cover local storage, pixels, tags, SDKs, and request hashes.
3. Cookies we use
- (a) Strictly necessary— required to run the Service and keep it secure, including sign-in and fraud prevention; these can’t be switched off.
- (b) Payment — our processor (Stripe) may set cookies to process purchases securely, including when you pay for a 1:1 consultation.
- (c) Functional / local storage— we may store limited preferences (like interface settings) on your device; this stays on your device and isn’t used to track you.
4. Analytics (cookieless)
We use Vercel Web Analytics to understand aggregate traffic. It does not use cookies and does not collect personal identifiers; visitors are counted using an anonymized hash that is discarded within 24 hours and cannot track you across sites.
5. Third-party embedded content
Some features rely on third parties that may set their own cookies when their content loads, governed by that provider’s policy, not ours. After you pay for a 1:1 consultation, your booking is handled through Calendly, which may set its own cookies to schedule and manage your appointment; see Calendly’s own cookie and privacy policies for details. Depending on what else is enabled, embedded content may also include video players (such as YouTube or Vimeo) and social media embeds (such as X or LinkedIn). Where these set non-essential cookies, we load them only after you consent where consent is required. We reserve the right to use any of these third-party embedded content at any time or a mixture of them or remove them one or all at the same time.
6. Consent
Where legally required, a banner on your first visit lets you accept or reject non-essential cookies, and non-essential third-party content isn’t loaded until you accept. You can change or withdraw your choice at any time through your browser settings. We honor the Global Privacy Control (GPC) where applicable.
7. Your regional rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or opt out of certain processing: EU/EEA and UK (GDPR / UK GDPR and ePrivacy — consent for non-essential cookies, withdrawable at any time, and the right to complain to your supervisory authority); California (CCPA/CPRA — the right to know, delete, correct, and opt out of the “sale” or “sharing” of personal information; we do not sell or share your personal information; and we honor GPC) and other U.S. states with similar laws; Australia (Privacy Act 1988 and the Australian Privacy Principles); and other regions such as Canada and Brazil. To exercise any right, contact us below.
8. Managing cookies
You can control or delete cookies through your browser settings. Disabling strictly necessary or payment cookies may break login and checkout.
