• (b) scrape, crawl, or use automated means to access the Service except through interfaces we provide;
• (c) use outputs to train, fine-tune, or develop a competing product or model;
• (d) resell or redistribute the Service or its outputs without authorization;
• (e) use the Service to generate unlawful, defamatory, harassing, or infringing content;
• (f) upload malicious code or attempt to disrupt, overload, or gain unauthorized access to the Service or its infrastructure;
• (g) misrepresent AI-generated outputs as independently verified professional advice; or
• (h) violate any applicable law or the rights of any third party.

Enforcement
