Prohibited conduct

When using the Service, you agree not to:

• (a) reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the underlying models, prompts, or source code;
• (b) scrape, crawl, or use automated means to access the Service except through interfaces we provide;
• (c) use outputs to train, fine-tune, or develop a competing product or model;
• (d) resell or redistribute the Service or its outputs without authorization;
• (e) use the Service to generate unlawful, defamatory, harassing, or infringing content;
• (f) upload malicious code or attempt to disrupt, overload, or gain unauthorized access to the Service or its infrastructure;
• (g) misrepresent AI-generated outputs as independently verified professional advice; or
• (h) violate any applicable law or the rights of any third party.

Member-to-member messaging (Founder Network)

Respect is required in every conversation. When messaging other members through the platform, you agree not to send messages that:

• (a) are abusive, bullying, harassing, intimidating, or threatening;
• (b) promote, threaten, or glorify violence or self-harm;
• (c) are hateful or discriminatory, including on the basis of race, ethnicity, national origin, religion, sex, gender identity, sexual orientation, disability, or age;
• (d) are sexually explicit or constitute unwanted sexual advances;
• (e) are defamatory, deceptive, fraudulent, or impersonate another person or business;
• (f) plan, promote, facilitate, or solicit any illegal activity;
• (g) are spam, unsolicited bulk promotion, or pyramid or investment schemes; or
• (h) share another person's private or confidential information without their permission.

There is no tolerance for abusive, bullying, violent, or illegal conversations. Any member can report a conversation from within the chat. Reported conversations, including their full message history, are reviewed by our team, which may contact the members involved and take action under the Enforcement section below.

Enforcement

We may investigate suspected violations (including by reviewing reported member conversations) and may warn members, suspend or terminate access, remove content, and cooperate with law enforcement. Report suspected misuse to Contact Form.
